My role as a birth doula is to support you as you embark on a journey through pregnancy, labour and birth and into the fourth trimester. Each family is completely unique, and so every package of support I offer is individual and bespoke depending on your wishes and desires; the most important thing is that you birth your baby feeling empowered, without fear and in the way you would like to!

I support several families at a time and can be booked several months in advance so please don’t delay getting in touch!

Your birth, just like your expanding family, is deeply unique and very special! That’s why each birth package is tailored specifically to meet your individual needs, whether it’s your first birth or you’ve had a baby before and with plenty of variation in antenatal support depending on how you would like to give birth. Below, you’ll find an outline of the most popular package as a guide - a foundation from which we can craft the perfect level of support for you. You’re welcome to add any additional services or customise further, so it feels just right for your family and your journey.

What does a full birth package typically include?

  • A welcoming and relaxed Zoom session (around an hour), where we can get to know each other, talk about all things birth and beyond - ensuring we’re in tune with each other as we prepare to work together as a tight knit team.

  • Ongoing text/phone support from the moment you commit to this journey with me. I’ll be here as a grounding presence for any questions, concerns, or simply to offer reassurance - both before and after appointments, and whenever you feel you need to reach out. I urge clients to use me as their Google!

  • Three antenatal sessions (9 hours total) where we’ll explore the wisdom of your body, the physiology of birth, the many different paths labour can take, and the comfort practices that can help you move through your birth with trust and confidence. We’ll also look ahead to the postnatal period so you feel prepared and supported for what comes next. These sessions can be in person or via Zoom, depending on what works best for you.

  • A digital copy of all the resources we cover in our antenatal sessions, and links to evidence-based guidance, so you can take in the information in your own time, when you feel ready.

  • Gentle support in crafting your birth preferences document so that your wishes are reflected with clarity.

  • 24-hour on-call support starting 10 days before your due date right until baby has arrived.

  • In-person support during labour, where I’ll offer calming, grounding techniques, and be by your side to help you navigate your birth journey with trust, strength, and inner wisdom, no matter how your birth unfolds.

  • Support in the golden hours after birth, where I’ll assist with feeding and help you settle into this new chapter, ensuring you feel comfortable, supported, and empowered.

  • Backup support from a trusted doula, whom you’ll have the opportunity to meet beforehand, should I be unable to attend your birth (though this is highly unlikely).

  • A postnatal visit around day three to check in on your healing, feeding, and bonding with your baby. We’ll also work through any challenges that arise as you transition into this new phase of motherhood.

  • Continued text or phone support as needed as you settle into life with your little one, ensuring that you feel nurtured and confident as you find your rhythm as a family.
